AllianceHelper Discord Bot Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the AllianceHelper ("Bot"), you are agreeing to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Bot.
2. Description of Service
The Bot provides services to help Alliances and players improve in the game. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
3. Subscription Services
The /convert command is a premium feature available to subscribers. This command converts a screenshot taken during a UW event, in a city shop, into readable and useful data. The payment for this subscription is processed by LemonSquezzy on the page: https://alliancehelper.com/pricing
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Bot to harass, threaten, or defraud other Bot users; make any automated use of the system, or take any action that we deem to impose or to potentially impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or network infrastructure.
5. Age Restrictions
Users must be 13 years of age or older to use the Bot.
6. Data Storage
User data, including guild id and license, are stored on Firebase and Google Cloud. Images are stored temporarily and deleted after conversion.
7. Violations of Terms of Service
Users who violate these Terms may be banned from accessing the Bot.
9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel their subscription at any time. If the Bot does not function as promised, a full refund will be provided. Otherwise, there is no refund policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Bot is not affiliated with Discord or King Choice's. We disclaim all liability for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Bot.
